Children of parents with cluster headache may not necessarily have cluster headache.
Although some studies have claimed that cluster headache attacks are influenced by genetic factors, this only indicates that genetic factors may contribute to the attacks and does not prove that cluster headache is a genetic disorder, so parents do not need to be overly anxious about it or let it affect their reproductive decisions.
