Primary central nervous system lymphoma is a tumor of high malignancy, and although most patients are difficult to be completely cured by existing treatments, the disease is sensitive to chemotherapy, and with reasonable treatment, the overall survival rate can reach about 50% at 5 years. In recent years, new therapeutic drugs and treatments for this disease have been entering clinical trials, which also bring new hope for patients.
