Continued alcohol consumption by patients with alcoholic encephalopathy will aggravate brain damage and worsen the symptoms of alcoholic encephalopathy, and may also bring about serious complications such as liver and kidney damage, and even lead to death. Alcoholic encephalopathy must be preceded by abstinence from alcoholic beverages. Strict abstinence from alcohol and vitamin supplements are required. It is recommended to take vitamin tablets as prescribed by the doctor, and not to use drugs blindly.
Pay attention to the combination of work and rest, do not overwork, ensure sufficient sleep, do not often stay up late. Increase vitamin-rich foods in your diet, such as fresh fruits and vegetables, and do not eat fatty, sweet, thick-tasting and stimulating foods.
