There are many causes of anal pain. After anal pain occurs, there will be local acute infectious symptoms in the perianal area, which can be treated by local disinfection with iodophor. In addition to disinfection with iodophor, further surgery is needed according to the cause, or anti-inflammatory and symptomatic treatment, and if the pain is caused by dry stools, laxative treatment is needed.
