Consider allergic conjunctivitis and take anti-allergy medication.
In milder cases, cold towels can be applied to the eyes at home to reduce redness and swelling. For dry eyes and itchy eyes, artificial tears (sodium glassate drops) and anti-allergy drops can be used. If the tearing is serious, avoid rubbing the eyes and wipe the eyes with a clean tissue or towel to avoid eye infection.
Severe cases need to go to the hospital for medical attention.
