Open craniocerebral injury is generally treated surgically.
Since open craniocerebral injury has a relatively high mortality rate and is prone to injury to deep brain structures, secondary intracranial hematoma, intracranial infection and compound injury, emergency treatment should be performed as fast as possible with timely and thorough early debridement, and postoperative comprehensive treatment such as anti-infection, blood pressure control and active prevention and control of complications will enhance the treatment effect.
