For simple menstrual headache, the main focus is to relieve the symptoms. For those with mild symptoms, even if the cause cannot be identified, relief can be obtained with symptomatic treatment. Those with milder symptoms and no obvious complications can be relieved by trying techniques such as head and foot massage. For those with tension-related symptoms, try meditation with eyes closed and relaxation through mental relaxation. For more severe menstrual headaches with other complications, medical examination is needed to identify the cause and treat the original cause to achieve relief.
