What are the dangers of excessive dreaming?

Excessive dreaming refers to insubstantial sleep, disturbed dreams or diverse dreams during sleep, and feeling dizzy and tired after waking up. The excessive dreaming often leads to decreased quality of sleep at night and shallow sleep, so that it is impossible to recover energy and strength, and it can have obvious effects on daytime functions such as memory, cognition and concentration, even accompanied by palpitations, dizziness and weakness, forgetfulness, mental depression and lack of food and drink.
