What are the effects of excessive sweating on the body?

Sweat is the body’s natural secretion of body fluids, the main components of which are water, urea, sodium chloride, lactic acid and fatty acids. If the body sweats excessively, it will lead to a large loss of water and electrolytes, and may even cause dehydration symptoms to arise. Therefore, it is unhealthy to promote large amounts of sweating through inappropriate means.
