What are the specific manifestations of gastric sinus erosion

The specific manifestations of sinus erosion vary depending on the size of the erosion and the location where it occurs. If the sinus has a small area of erosion, the patient usually has no obvious symptoms; if the sinus has a large area of congestion, edema, erosion, or even some black crusts, the patient may experience recurrent upper abdominal pain, epigastric fullness, belching, acid reflux, or in severe cases, vomiting blood and black stools.
