In the early stage, the tumor is mostly asymptomatic. As the tumor progresses, it manifests as unilateral progressive nasal congestion, unilateral pus and blood stream, pain or numbness in the cheek, pain or loosening of unilateral maxillary molar. In the late stage, it may manifest as protruding eyes, vision loss, cheek swelling, difficulty in opening mouth, etc.
