What causes your feet to go numb when you sleep

Numbness in the feet during sleep is usually caused by poor sleeping posture of the legs, which leads to obstruction of blood flow and nerve ischaemia, resulting in impaired sensation in the local dominant area. If the symptoms are not relieved after adjusting the sleeping posture, it is recommended to consult a doctor for further clarification of the cause.
