Itchy ears are most often caused by ear diseases, which may be related to factors such as otitis media, otitis externa, fungal infection of the external ear canal, ear eczema, drug allergy, etc. However, we cannot rule out that it is due to environmental factors, such as a sudden return to a warm room after a long time in a cold environment, which may also cause itchy ears.
