The first is due to the presence of ischemic necrosis of the femoral head. The patient’s own hip fracture by external force, or long-term heavy alcohol consumption or long-term use of hormones may lead to ischemic necrosis of the femoral head. The second is the inflammation of the left hip joint. The third is the strain of the inguinal ligament due to the usual exercise process. Improper posture or excessive movement during sports can easily strain the ligaments, and painful symptoms at the root of the thigh can occur.
