Ultrasound examination of the gallbladder in longitudinal and transverse sections showed round or round-like shape, smooth and hyperechoic gallbladder wall edges, the gallbladder cavity showed no echogenicity, the posterior echogenicity of the gallbladder was enhanced, the long diameter did not exceed 8 cm, the anteroposterior diameter did not exceed 3.5 cm, the wall thickness did not exceed 2 mm, the gallbladder wall thickness exceeded 3.0 mm as gallbladder wall thickening.
