Mostly consider chronic prostatitis. Chronic prostatitis is an inflammatory response of the prostate gland triggered by non-bacteria. The characteristic manifestations of patients have chronic pain in the anterior pelvic area, including the pubic area, perineum, and external genital area, which is related to the inflammation of the prostate gland that irritates the cartilage and periosteum in the pubic area.
