Most of the painful crying in the eyes is due to prolonged crying, which causes eye congestion and eyelid edema. You should immediately stop crying, close your eyes and rest, apply cold towels to your eyelids for cold compresses, or dispense eye drops, take rest, and divert your attention. If there is still no significant improvement, and the eye soreness increases, even with symptoms such as loss of vision, it is recommended to visit the ophthalmology department immediately to rule out glaucoma.
