There are many causes of foot bone pain, and depending on the primary disease, different symptoms may occur. For example, foot bone fracture may cause local symptoms such as foot swelling and restricted movement; foot bone infection may cause systemic symptoms such as fever, chills and fatigue; foot bone deformity may cause symptoms such as abnormal foot bone shape and walking difficulty; osteoporosis may be accompanied by systemic bone pain and spinal deformation.
