The local pain in the anus after perianal abscess surgery is considered to be possibly related to local wound irritation, especially when the patient has a local wound with hanging thread or hanging skin treatment, the pain will be more significant. It is recommended that the patient needs to change the wound every day in order to further reduce the pain and avoid the residual secretions that aggravate the stinging sensation of the local wound.
