Pyrosis is a relatively common phenomenon in early pregnancy and will usually return to normal after delivery. When a pregnant woman has heartburn, she should pay attention to not eating too much to avoid excessive expansion of the stomach, and avoid carbonated drinks, pickled, fried, spicy and high-fat foods as much as possible. If heartburn occurs at night, she should put her head or upper body up properly when she sleeps, which can relieve the symptoms.
