What’s wrong with finger cramps?

Most finger cramps are caused by calcium deficiency. Calcium deficiency causes abnormal muscle contraction, which results in a constant state of muscle contraction, leading to cramps. However, finger cramps can also be caused by excessive stress, anger, prolonged crying or excessive local exercise, which can cause muscle fatigue.
