Hip pain with leg pain is related to sciatic nerve pain. The sciatic nerve is distributed in the buttocks, the posterior half of the lower limbs and other parts of the body, and when the sciatic nerve is compressed by lumbar disc herniation and pear-shaped muscle degeneration and hyperplasia, the parts distributed by the sciatic nerve can show symptoms of pain, and this pain is diffuse and conductive, so leg pain symptoms can occur.
