What to do if you have trouble sitting or standing?

Difficulty in sitting still and panic are generally considered to be related to cardiac neurosis, arrhythmia, myocardial ischemia, etc. Cardiac neurosis generally requires emotional regulation, and if necessary, sedative and tranquilizing drugs; arrhythmia needs to be clarified, and choose to treat with medications such as metoprolol, amiodarone, and so on; myocardial ischemia needs to be treated with aspirin, statins, and if necessary, surgical treatment.
1. Cardiac neurosis: autonomic disorders caused by anxiety, depression and other emotions, cardiac symptoms such as restlessness, panic, chest tightness, etc., which can be relieved after calming down the mood, and can be relieved by sedative and tranquilizers such as alprazolam and eszopiclone if necessary.
2. Arrhythmia: Tachyarrhythmias such as frequent premature beats, paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, supraventricular tachycardia and other rapid arrhythmias can cause panic, chest tightness, restlessness and other symptoms, usually need to be combined with the electrocardiogram to clarify the type of arrhythmia, and choose to treat with antiarrhythmic drugs such as metoprolol, bisoprolol, verapamil, amiodarone and so on.
3. Myocardial ischemia: Coronary stenosis leads to insufficient oxygen and blood supply to the myocardium, which may lead to chest tightness, panic attacks, difficulty in sitting or standing still, and shortness of breath, etc. Aspirin, clopidogrel, atorvastatin and other medications can be taken to treat the condition, and those with severe stenosis need to be implanted with a stent or a coronary artery bypass graft for treatment.
If the patient has trouble sitting still, panic, it is recommended to go to the hospital as soon as possible, to clarify the cause and follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment.
