Moles generally refer to pigmented nevi, which can be examined by physical examination, pathological biopsy and dermoscopy.
1. Physical examination: mainly observe whether the color of the nevus is even, whether the boundary is clear, whether the shape is regular, etc., and whether the skin is broken, and also palpate whether the lymph nodes around the nevus are enlarged.
2. Pathological biopsy: for the nevus suspected to have malignant tendency, pathological examination can be perfected after surgical excision in order to make a clear diagnosis.
3. Dermoscopy: Dermoscopy can be used for the differential diagnosis of melanoma and melanocytic nevus, etc. It can also be used for the clinical follow-up of pigmented nevus.
If there is any abnormality in the nevus, the patient should consult the doctor in time, improve the relevant examination and standardize the treatment.
