Children’s tinea versicolor can be divided into blister type, scaly keratinized type, impregnated vesicular type and other types according to different clinical symptoms. 1. Blister type: it happens in between fingers, palm, itching obviously. Early lesions manifested as pinpoint-sized deep blisters, blister fluid is relatively clear, thick wall shiny not easy to break, through the fusion of the formation of multi-housed blisters, tearing off the wall of the blisters can be seen honeycomb base and bright red vesicles, drying and absorption of the general desquamation. 2. Scaly keratosis type: it can be accompanied by pain but no obvious itching, the skin is diffusely thickened, rough, flaky and dry. 3. Impregnated erosion type: it occurs in the finger cracks, often accompanied by fissures and itching, and when secondary bacterial infection, it may have a foul odor. It is often seen in people with sweaty, water-soaked hands. The skin may appear impregnated with whitish, soft and easy to peel, with reddish vesicles and oozing.
