I fell and got dizzy but didn’t hit my head what is the reason

A fall without touching the head causes dizziness, mainly due to the following reasons. Although the head is not touched, the head will be violently shaken with the sharp change of position after the fall, which will lead to concussion of brain tissue and vestibular inner ear function. The concussion of brain tissue will lead to temporary disorder of brain function causing dizziness, and the concussion of vestibular part of inner ear will lead to postural vertigo, i.e., the vertigo will be aggravated when standing and reduced when resting in bed. This kind of vertigo can be relieved by resting in bed. If the dizziness is serious, betahistine can be taken to improve the symptoms, and it will usually improve and cure slowly.
