What’s wrong with chest tightness and fever and sweating?

If a patient has chest tightness, feels feverish and sweats, we should consider whether the patient has serious heart disease. When coronary artery disease or myocardial infarction occurs, the patient will have severe chest tightness and sometimes severe chest pain with knife-like pain and dripping sweat. This usually indicates that the patient’s condition is more serious. If the electrocardiogram has clear symptoms of ST-segment elevation, the patient may have acute myocardial infarction, and blood tests for cardiac enzymes and troponin are needed as a basis for diagnosis.
