2. Disease factors:

(2) Respiratory system diseases: such as pleurisy, the early stage of the disease due to fibrin exudation leads to the pleural dirty layer and the wall layer rubbing against each other, causing chest pain, while the later stage of a large number of inflammatory exudation leads to pleural effusion, compression of the lungs, chest tightness occurs.
(3) Digestive system diseases: such as gastroesophageal reflux disease, due to the stomach, duodenum contents back into the esophagus, oral cavity, resulting in esophagus, pharynx and other injuries, which in turn cause chest tightness, burning sensation.
