Warts are considered filiform warts, a type of wart. Filiform warts are benign skin and mucous membrane growths caused by human papillomavirus infection, and are contagious, spreading through direct or indirect contact. The filiform warts are elongated and protruding, and accompanied by the tip of the hyperkeratosis, the tip of the rough, soft texture, usually no other obvious symptoms, clinically preferred in the neck, forehead, eyelids and armpits. Filiform warts are self-limiting, requiring about two years to subside naturally, and generally do not require special treatment. If the warts are aesthetically pleasing, or if they get bigger or increase in size within a short period of time, you need to consult a doctor and take appropriate treatment.
