The first symptoms of plantar warts are small shiny keratinized papules that gradually increase to the size of a soybean or larger.
Plantar warts are common warts that occur on the front of the palm of the foot, the heel and between the toes and other places of foot pressure, the lesions are initially small shiny keratotic papules, the surface of the keratinized, rough uneven, gray-brown, gray-yellow or dirty gray, the border is clear, and then gradually increased to the size of a soybean or larger. There is a thickened keratinous ring around the warts due to pressure and friction.
Sometimes there are multiple plantar warts that are fused and aggregated, and when the surface keratin is removed, multiple keratinous soft cores are seen. Small black hemorrhages are seen after removal of the cuticle. The warts are usually painful to walk on.
The actual plantar warts have a better prognosis after regular treatment, and it is recommended that the plantar warts patients go to the dermatology department of the regular hospital in time, and follow the doctor’s instructions to standardize the treatment.
