It is not normal for the leucorrhea to be stretched during ovulation. The normal female leucorrhea is thin in nature and will not be stretched or sticky. There are several clinical causes of leucorrhea: first, consider gynecological diseases, commonly endometritis, pelvic inflammatory disease, vaginitis, especially endometritis and vaginitis, is the most important cause of leucorrhea. When there is inflammation in the vagina or endometrium, the permeability of the mucous membrane of the skin in these two areas will increase, and there will be abnormal substances exuding from small arteries or capillaries, inflammatory cells exuding, and secretory substances from bacteria, and the combination of factors can lead to filamentous leucorrhea. Secondly, for older women, if the leucorrhea is not stretched during menstruation, suspicion of neoplastic diseases, such as endometrioma and vaginal rhabdomyoma, can also lead to stretched leucorrhea.
