There are many causes of straightening of the physiological curvature of the cervical spine. After excluding organic lesions, cervical exercises such as back and forth head nodding, left and right head turning, hand and neck resisting each other, head rotation and shoulder rotation exercises can be done, emphasising slow and strong. Avoid strenuous head and neck activities, especially doing head hammer blows in football.
Patients with organic lesions of the cervical spine should undergo cervical rehabilitation exercises under professional guidance to avoid aggravation of the lesions.
