What is wrong with dizziness and unstable walking to the right?

There are several possible causes for dizziness, unstable walking and rightward skewing: First, if the patient has an acute onset, it should be considered to be caused by acute cerebrovascular diseases, such as those caused by infarcts in the cerebellum or occipital lobe, or hemorrhage in the cerebellum. Patients will show dizziness, unstable walking, and also accompanied by the performance of ataxia. Because the cerebellum is mainly responsible for maintaining the balance of the body, regulating muscle tone and coordinating random movements, when the cerebellum is damaged, the patient is prone to balance disorders, manifesting as dizziness, unstable standing and skewing the body to the side of the lesion. Second, if the patient’s symptoms appear gradually and slowly, it may be caused by cerebellar tumor disease. Third, central nervous system degenerative disease or cerebellitis: it can also manifest as gradual onset of dizziness, unstable walking, etc. Patients are advised to consult a neurologist to improve the relevant examination to clarify the cause.
