When a spot that looks like a bloody mole appears on the skin, it may be a small vasculitis of the skin, spider nevus, hemangioma, and so on. Generally, symptomatic treatment is needed, and spider nevus needs treatment for cirrhosis of the liver. 1. Small cutaneous vasculitis: it is a vasculitis that simply involves small dermal blood vessels. It is related to immune complex deposition. Most of them are self-limiting and can be recovered by rest and supportive treatment. If the scope is wide and the symptoms are severe, it can be treated with short-term glucocorticosteroids such as dexamethasone. Poor response to hormones can be treated with thalidomide and ampicillin. If it is still uncontrollable, cytotoxic drugs such as cyclophosphamide can be used. 2. Spider nevus: a sign of cirrhosis with chronic liver injury. It is related to the increase of estrogen. It needs to be treated for the primary pathogenesis of liver injury, including protecting liver function and limiting sodium intake. For example, hepatitis can be treated with antiviral drugs such as acyclovir. 3. Hemangioma: It is a tumor of vascular origin with abnormal proliferation of vascular endothelial cells. It can be treated with β-blocker topical medication such as atenolol and laser therapy. Oral propranolol can also be used for systemic treatment, and glucocorticoids such as dexamethasone can be used for contraindications. If the skin red spots, do not take medication on your own, you need to seek medical treatment as soon as possible to avoid complications.
