Fatty grains under the eyes are usually caused by cornu rashes or sweat duct tumors.
1. Corns: caused by the local sebaceous gland openings being blocked by the hyperplastic squamous epithelium, resulting in the accumulation of oily secretions.
2. Sweat duct tumor: It is caused by the abnormal proliferation of localized skin sweat gland duct epithelium.
Both will show up as white fat particles on the skin under the eyes. You can go to the ophthalmology department of the hospital for a face-to-face examination to confirm which condition is causing the problem.
In terms of treatment, both cornrows and sweat duct tumors can be removed through laser treatment. In the early days after laser treatment, patients must maintain strict hygiene of the eye skin to avoid contamination of the wound and infection.
