Otitis externa fungal infection is mainly topical antifungal solution, including tretinoin econazole cream, mycophenolic ointment, clotrimazole solution and so on. Fungal infection of the external auditory canal, first use sterilized saline or 3% hydrogen peroxide solution (hydrogen peroxide) to clean the fungal clumps and scabs, used for cotton swabs to swab dry, and then locally applied with antifungal medications such as dakinin cream or mycophenolic ointment, or 1% salicylic acid spiritus, and 1% amphotericin B ointment.
