Early manifestations are mainly dizziness, cold sweats, pallor, decreased blood pressure, increased heart rate, abnormal consciousness, little or no urination, with visible or invisible bleeding. In the case of invisible visceral bleeding, this is usually accompanied by signs of discomfort in the corresponding visceral area.
