Drug interactions
In case of concomitant anti-allergic treatment (e.g. antihistamines, corticosteroids, mast cell stabilizers), be aware of the occurrence of allergic side effects when these drugs are discontinued and adjust the dose if necessary.
Pharmacological effects: This product is a specific immunotherapeutic drug. Dust mite is a strongly allergenic allergen that exists widely in nature and can cause asthma or other allergic diseases in patients with allergies by inhalation of a small amount of dust mite allergen. This product can make patients allergic to dust mites produce specific blocking antibodies and immune tolerance, thus reducing the patient’s allergic reaction to dust mites and achieving the purpose of treatment, which is a kind of etiological treatment for mite allergic diseases.
Dosage Generally, treatment should be started when the allergic symptoms are least severe. Use under the guidance of a physician. Apply drops under the tongue, hold for 1 minute and swallow. Take once daily, usually at the same time each day, preferably before breakfast. If you experience occasional fatigue after taking this medication, you may change the time of administration to the evening. Adverse Reactions The results of a 25-week clinical trial in 300 patients aged 4-60 years with bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis (150 of whom used this product) indicated that the safety profile of this product was similar to that of placebo. There were 12 cases of adverse events related to and possibly associated with the study drug, including rash, runny nose, asthma attacks, cough, sleepiness, headache, and dizziness. According to the analysis of the application of similar products, the following adverse reactions may occur: 1. Gastrointestinal discomfort, mild diarrhea, or aggravation of allergic symptoms may occur in a few cases; mild asthma or urticaria may be triggered in some patients; 2. Contraindications

Precautions
