Frequent dizziness is a pathology, and the diseases are: 1) functional diseases, mainly psychosomatic factors, such as anxiety and depression; 2) organic diseases, such as Meniere’s syndrome, vestibular neuritis, vaginitis, cerebrovascular disease, etc.; 3) benign positional vertigo, i.e. otoliths, which can cause severe vertigo when changing position, and can be recovered by manual repositioning. Frequent dizziness needs to be examined by related departments, such as cranial magnetic angiography, nystagmography, electroaudiometry, pure tone test, and cardiac ultrasound.
