Most of the sore hands and dizziness are caused by cervical spondylosis, as the cervical spine connects the head and the limbs. Compression of the vertebral artery by cervical spondylosis can cause dizziness, and compression of the nerve roots can cause soreness and even numbness in the upper limbs, which can be clearly diagnosed by MRI or CT of the cervical spine. The treatment of cervical spondylosis-induced hand pain and dizziness is mainly through traction to enlarge the intervertebral space of the cervical spine, thus enlarging the intervertebral foramen of the cervical spine and relieving the nerve compression, so that the pain in the upper limbs can be relieved.
