The clinical manifestations of testicular torsion are as follows: 1. acute testicular pain, after torsion, there can be obvious testicular pain, with the prolongation of torsion, this ischemia causes pain symptoms gradually aggravated, sometimes often mistaken for orchitis. 2. scrotal emptiness, when testicular torsion occurs, the testicle on the affected side is positioned upward, located at the root of the scrotum, while the testicle on the normal side is loosely positioned, located in the scrotum. 3. The scrotum of the affected side is in a state of emptiness when palpated. 3. changes in the skin of the scrotum, such as redness and swelling, after torsion, causing local ischemia and necrosis, which can cause inflammatory reactions, resulting in thickening of the scrotal skin, surface redness and swelling or changes accompanied by increased surface skin temperature, and even blackening and necrosis of the scrotum can be seen. 4. pain when lifting the scrotum The pain of the testicle is reduced when the scrotum is held up under normal circumstances, but when the testicle is gently held up in the state of testicular torsion, the twisted testicle will have severe pain that is not reduced.
