What are the immunologic drugs for squamous lung cancer

Immunologic drugs for squamous lung cancer include PD-1 (programmed death receptor 1) inhibitors, such as pabolizumab, tirilizumab, sindilizumab, and karelizumab; and PD-L1 (programmed cell death – ligand 1) inhibitors, such as atirilizumab and navulizumab.
PD-1 inhibitors and PD-L1 inhibitors are specific protein antibodies, which can bind to PD-1 and PD-L1 and activate human T-lymphocytes, thus enhancing the ability of human T-lymphocytes to kill tumors.
In squamous lung cancer, when PD-L1 is highly expressed and TC (tumor cell positive fraction) is ≥50%, atilizumab or pabolizumab monoimmunotherapy can be used; when PD-L1 is negative or low expressed, tirilizumab or sindilizumab combined with platinum-containing double-drug chemotherapy can be used.
Warm reminder: immunotherapy for lung cancer has side effects such as immune-related pneumonia, immune-related myocarditis, etc. It is necessary to go to the hospital for medical consultation, and the doctor will evaluate whether immunotherapy is possible and follow the doctor’s instructions.
