Postoperative rehabilitation of neurosurgical microsurgery for trigeminal neuralgia

After awakening from anesthesia, the tracheal tube is removed and the patient is returned to the ward. Take care to lie down with the pillow removed to keep the airway open. After 6 hours, you can drink water, and after 12 hours, you can start to eat. The catheter was removed on the third postoperative day, and rehabilitation exercises were started in the order of “three sitting, four standing and five walking”. Antimicrobial agents were used routinely for 5 days to prevent infection. Postoperative care should be taken to keep blood pressure stable, prevent constipation, and control chronic disease symptoms. The patient was discharged from the hospital on the 7th day after surgery.
