How can blepharoplasty and inner eye surgery fail to be repaired?

With the growth of the plastic surgery market, the national awareness of plastic surgery has been greatly awakened, and more and more people will choose to improve their appearance and gain more confidence through plastic surgery. However, it has to be admitted that the explosive growth of the domestic plastic surgery market lacks adequate systems and norms for proper guidance and supervision, and there is a mix of good and bad, and fish and dragons. Many beauty seekers, especially teenagers, have blindly undergone surgery without adequate information, based only on one side of the story or the recommendation of friends, resulting in the current surge of failed surgery cases. The impulse of youthful ignorance has left unhealed wounds in the hearts of many young boys and girls. The most common cosmetic surgery in China is still eyelid surgery (double eyelid, open eye angle) and rhinoplasty, with eyelid surgery being the most common. Naturally, there are more cases of eyelid surgery (double eyelids, open corners) failures. Time to repair failed eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) and inner corner surgery: Since it takes at least six months to a year to rebuild and repair the scar tissue in the surgical area, it takes at least that long to repair failed eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) and inner corner surgery. Many girls who have blindly undergone blepharoplasty regret it and hate to have it repaired right away, but if the time is too short and the scar tissue is not yet mature, rushing to operate again may lead to more serious consequences such as severe scar growth and local necrosis of the tissue. In clinical work, the following questions are often asked: 1) My eyelid scar is very wide, can it be repaired? 2.My double eyelid crease is very deep, it is very fake when I close my eyes, what should I do? 3.My eyelids are asymmetrical, can I fix them? 4.My inner corner of the eye is too big, and my eye has been pulled out of shape, what should I do? 5.My eye scar is too wide and too obvious? 6.Why did my eye angle shrink after it was done? 7.Why is my double eyelid getting narrower and narrower? 8.I have buried lines, can I continue to buy lines for re-treatment? It is safe to say that the repair of failed double eyelid (blepharoplasty) and inner eye angle surgery requires a full incision in most cases. The main goals of the repair surgery are to repair the scarring (superficial skin and also deep abnormal adhesions) after eyelid surgery, adjust the height and curvature of the blepharoplasty line, and adjust the curvature and angle of the inner corner of the eye. Most procedures can be accomplished through an incision in the upper lid. In a few cases, there is a severe defect in the inner corner of the eye, both longitudinally and laterally, and repair may require designing and flipping a triangular flap of the lower lid to cover the defective area. The degree and pattern of local tissue dislocation and deformation after failed eyelid (blepharoplasty) and inner corner surgery is so difficult that there is no programmed repair plan, so to speak, and it can only be analyzed on a case-by-case basis. This requires a high level of basic plastic surgery skills, and often requires a combination of basic plastic surgery techniques and tools to restore normal or near-normal tissue structure and reconstruct an aesthetically pleasing eyelid shape.
