How to do core muscle training?

Core muscles are the muscles attached to the core of the body such as the rectus abdominis, transverse abdominis, dorsalis, oblique abdominis, lower back and erector spinae, gluteus, hip rotators, posterior femoral muscle group and 29 pairs of muscles, some people also consider the rectus femoris and biceps femoris from the core as the core muscles. Core stability refers to the movement of the pelvis and trunk muscles to control the stability of posture, to create a fulcrum for the movement of the upper and lower limbs, and to coordinate the force of the upper and lower limbs, so that the generation, transmission and control of power to optimize. The core of the body has three main functions in sports: to generate force, to transmit force and to control force. Core stability depends on the strength of the muscles, ligaments and connective tissues located in the core and the collaboration between them, i.e. core strength. Core stability training can improve the body’s ability to control in a non-stationary state, enhance balance, better train the body’s deeper small muscle groups, coordinate the power output of large and small muscle groups, enhance motor function, and prevent sports injuries. Core control training includes two aspects, namely core stability training and core specialized strength training. Most children with cerebral palsy have reduced trunk and pelvis control, which directly restricts the child’s motor and balance coordination ability. Strengthening the exercise of deep small muscles and training under unstable conditions can involve more small muscle groups, especially the auxiliary muscles around the joints. Improve their core strength and control ability. Suspension systems can be used for training. Training can also be done using equipment such as balance mats. The principles are: from core stability training specifically designed to meet individual needs with stability, balance, coordination and proprioceptive exercise movements; from easy to difficult; from stable to unstable; from unarmed to equipment; the number of training is not more, is the duration.
