Glaucoma syndrome is a common eye disease that is mainly characterized by recurrent attacks that improve with rest. If the attacks are prolonged, it will gradually worsen and become chronic glaucoma damaging the visual function. The main cause is stress and anxiety leading to sleep disruption, or irregular life and poor rest. The specific cause of the onset has not been completely clarified. The author’s experience over the years is that anxiety and depression can lead to partial disruption of the vegetative nerves, which manifests as lack of energy, insomnia, irritability, and over time, affects the immune system and eventually leads to glaucoma syndrome. Because some patients, after following my instructions, took the initiative to release stress, regulate their mindset, participate in physical exercise and improve their sleep, as a result, cyclo-ocular syndrome was completely cured and did not recur in. Cyclochoroidal syndrome is only treated with medication during an attack, usually drops of IOP-lowering drugs and glucocorticoids, the latter of which should not be used for too long and must be used under the guidance of a doctor. Therefore, in the treatment of cyclo-ocular syndrome, addressing psychosocial problems is put first, releasing stress, improving the state of mind, participating in physical exercise, and improving sleep. The use of medication during seizures is merely symptomatic and placed in the second place.
