The following clinical symptoms are associated with Achilles tendon rupture: 1. pain and swelling at the rupture site; 2. limitation of the range of motion of the ankle joint, or further aggravation of pain at the ruptured Achilles tendon site during activity; 3. loss of the original Achilles tendon tension when touching the Achilles tendon site with the hand, and a sense of depression and hollowing; 4. in the process of standing on one leg, there is no way to complete the heel lifting movement, or a lack of strength when completing it. Feel a lack of strength. This is the most common clinical manifestation, but there must be an obvious external injury to suspect an Achilles tendon rupture, such as playing badminton, basketball or table tennis and other sudden strenuous sports. This can be clarified by combining the clinical symptoms described above or, if necessary, by ultrasound or MRI.
