Back of the head vertigo in the morning may clinically occur in the following cases: the first case, which occurs in patients with a previous history of cervical spondylosis, occurs when the patient sleeps at night, probably because a certain posture has been fixed for too long or because the local vertebrae of the cervical spine are squeezed, resulting in a cervical spondylosis attack. Cervical spondylosis attacks lead to compression of the local nerves and blood vessels by the cervical protrusions, thus causing the patient to experience discomfort related to vertigo at the back of the head, which is clinically caused mainly by ischemia of the corresponding vertebral basilar artery. In the second case, some patients, for example, have hypertension, and when they get up in the morning, they do not use hypertension medication in time because the metabolism of hypertension medication is finished, which causes the patients to have cerebral vascular spasm and other related changes due to the fluctuation of blood pressure, and the symptoms of vertigo in the back of the head will also appear. All in all, it is advisable for patients to go to the hospital as soon as possible to avoid further aggravation of the disease.
