Pulmonary valve stenosis is a common congenital heart disease for which surgery was previously the only treatment, and with the promotion of interventional percutaneous percutaneous pulmonary valve balloon dilatation, it has now become the treatment of choice. The indications are: typical pulmonary stenosis with normal cardiac output, trans-catheterization of pulmonary valve transvalvular pressure difference ≥ 50 mmHg; optimal age 2-4 years, the rest of the age group can be performed.
