What’s wrong with back pain, stomach pain and nausea?

The disease is considered to be caused by stones in the urinary tract, including kidney stones or ureteral stones. When stones occur in the urinary tract, there can be pain in the lower back and corresponding abdominal pain, which is very intense in nature and accompanied by gastrointestinal symptoms, i.e. nausea and vomiting, usually the contents of the vomit are the contents of the stomach and do not contain bile or blood. When the stone is discharged downward, it can damage the mucous membrane of the ureter, resulting in blood in the urine. Ultrasound examination of the abdomen is usually able to make a definite diagnosis, because ultrasound is particularly sensitive to stones. After the diagnosis is made, lithotripsy, including extracorporeal lithotripsy or ureteroscopic lithotripsy, is required. At the same time, pain management is required if the pain is significant.
